The problem

Your payslip shouldn't be a surprise.

Variable pay is a black box: dozens of sectors, per-kilometre rates, sim days, disruption extras — all worked out by someone else's spreadsheet, weeks after you flew it. Most pilots never check the number. SectorPay makes checking it take thirty seconds.

Questions, answered

The crew-room interrogation.

How accurate is the distance calculation?

Distances are great-circle (straight-line) airport-to-airport, the same basis most sector/distance pay schemes use. Always verify against your official pay statement — SectorPay is an independent cross-check, not your airline's payroll.

Will it read my airline's roster format?

SectorPay reads common PDF and CSV roster exports today, with more formats being added airline by airline. If yours doesn't parse, send an anonymised sample and it goes on the list.

Is my pay data safe?

Your data lives in your account and nowhere else — it's never shared or sold, figures can be blanked on screen with privacy mode, and you can delete rosters, logbook entries and saved months at any time.

What do the colours mean?

Airbus display logic. Green is locked fact — dates, routes, distances off your roster. Cyan is yours to change — rates, inputs, buttons. Magenta is what SectorPay computed — totals and take-home. Amber only ever means caution.
